Realty investment transaction between Dubai’s real estate market and Indian real estate market is increasing, this has been observed through the recent leading property show held in Dubai the International Property Show (IPS), the exhibition was held for three days 8th, 9th and 10th April had a large number of Indian participated in it as developers and as investors duo.
Developers from Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Goa, Noida and Gurgaon participated. The Middle East countries are attracted towards Indian inventories for investment and even Indian investors are keen to invest in Dubai’s realty market. The organizing team of IPS claimed that India is emerging into the Dubai’s realty market as one of the leading investment destination, but also as investors. The country is keen to expand the property transaction in Dubai.
Dubai Land Department (DLD) said that, as per their earlier records more than 8,092 investors from India recorded transactions worth 17,939 billion dirhams i.e. around $4,884 billion in Dubai real estate during 2013, compare to the India’s transaction rest all foreigner investors in the emirate’s property sector performed deem.
Sultan Butti Bin Mejren, director general of DLD, had said, “Indian investors are very active in Dubai property sector. Investing nearly 18 billion dirhams in Dubai reflects the huge interest from Indian investors in the Dubai market and their confidence in the lucrative returns.”
“It is obvious that the Gulf region has presented itself as a key investments player in the world. The well developed infrastructure and strategic location of Dubai will drive this sector to greater success,” he added
The duo countries are presenting each other with ample investment opportunities, with diverse realty investors and varied inventories to invest. Large numbers of Indian reside in Dubai, hence they seek investing in Indian market as it’s their land. Whereas, Dubai is considered it is one of the most preferable investment destination.
