MUMBAI: Real Estate data and analytic firm Propstack has entered into a data alliance with property consultant Cushman & Wakefield. Under the agreement, Cushman & Wakefield will get access to the Propstack platform in all existing India markets.
“Partnering with Propstack allows us to deliver new insights and value to our clients by augmenting our existing proprietary intelligence and comprehensive real estate services,” Anshul Jain, Country Head & MD, India.
Propstack’s platform provide a comprehensive inventory of commercial properties, transaction details, available spaces, tenant details, sale & lease comparable, macro & micro trends and analytics. Propstack is currently available in all tier I and II markets and it intends to start servicing additional markets and expanded within the existing markets.
